Strengthen relationships with auditors and develop accounting procedures that improve the organization and transparency of the audit process.
02 — Financial Accountability
Maintain accurate, verifiable financial records and work to address material findings by improving county financial systems and practices.
03 — Small Business Support
Support local county businesses, new and established, by connecting them with educational and community resources.
04 — County Commission Collaboration
Provide the county with clear financial information for informed budgeting and transparency.
